Baobab Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients
- 2 tsp New Health Solutions Baobab powder
- a portion of oats (approx. 50g)
- 300ml water
- 1 tsp chia seeds cooked
- 1 banana, sliced
- small handful of raisins
- small handful of toasted almonds
- 50ml coconut milk
Method
Step 1 Cook the oats, chia seeds & baobab powder with water
Step 2 When cooked, pour into a bowl
Step 3 Add coconut milk then top with banana slices, raisins and toasted almonds
Step 4 Grab a spoon, eat and enjoy!
